What are my strengths?

I think that I am challenged by my lack of knowledge about the community. I did not grow up in Texas, and I have been in the state for about a year. Though I have had a lot of experiences here, I am a stranger to the community I will be serving, to the other educators, to the families and to the history from which its built.
